COVID-19 Office and Farm Procedures

Currently, we are offering in-person (at the office and at the farm) and telehealth sessions for clients. If we have mutually agreed to in-person sessions, please review the following guidelines that will help keep everyone as safe as possible.

For office sessions:

  • In the initial paperwork you will receive a Covid-19 questionnaire regarding recent symptoms or possible exposure to someone with Covid-19. If you have any concern that either you may have Covid-19 or have been around someone with Covid-19, please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule or have a telehealth session.

  • When you arrive for your session, please wait in your car (we are not utilizing the waiting room right now). Email me at the time of your session and I will come out and get you.

  • Wearing a mask/face covering is required in the common areas of the office.

  • We are taking all precaution to keep the office as clean as possible, and we will have hand sanitizer available for you.

  • We will be practicing social distancing and avoiding contact (hand shaking/hugs) to prevent the spread of germs.

For Equine sessions at Hidden Creek Horse Farm:

  • Due to the fact that these sessions are outdoors and socially distanced (6ft apart), masks are not required. However if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, feel free to do so.

  • Please sanitize your hands with the hand sanitizer available by the gate upon arrival. Please wait by the picnic table outside the barn and we will come get you when your session time starts.

  • During sessions, we are practicing social distancing by staying at least 6 feet apart.

  • The barn staff and boarders are taking all necessary precautions to keep the barn as clean as possible.

Thank you for your understanding of these procedures as we navigate this unprecedented time to the best of our ability!
